Busy, Busy! The Secret Magpies have a new single out. “Life and Death of a Wave”, one of Autumn’s songs, will be released on all the usual digital platforms (iTunes, Spotify, Googleplay, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal, Amazon, Napster, etc.) on 28th August. This song also features some beautiful backing vocals by the wonderful Melanie Pegge. Then, on 7th September, I'm releasing a solo effort. It’s an old, old song - “It’s Love”. I've always had a soft spot for it. I came across a recent recording, and it seemed too good to be stuck on a (virtual) shelf. Autumn has also released a brand new solo single, "Devour", this month. All of our music is available on all those aforementioned digital platforms, and don’t forget that you can listen to all our stuff for free on Spotify.

We have moved to a new venue for Chris and Autumn’s monthly Acoustic Singaround Session. We are now at
The Paget Arms
41 Oxford St,
Loughborough
Leicestershire
LE11 5DP

The next session is on Tuesday 28th August at 8:30pm. It’s a real ale pub, and the room has good acoustics, and there is on street parking right outside the door. We welcome all styles of acoustic music, and all acoustic instruments. We need to convince the pub that this is A Good Thing, so come along and join us. Make it a night to remember.

There are a couple of local gigs on the horizon (Yipee, not much driving!) :-
